SECOND DAY

sleeping in TENTS was OKAY. but i still don't really like it. hahaha. we woke up at 6 today and had half an hour to WASH UP. then was QUIET TIME. }talking to GOD. and then we had 5BX }5basicexercise. i learnt a new kind of STARJUMP from shuwen and vanessa. HAHA. so funny. more like dancing though.
then we had breakfast. after that we had WATER PARADE. cause the taps in PULAU UBIN [where we were going today] were NOT DRINKABLE. so the teachers made sure we DRANK PLENTY OF WATER. we left the chalet and walked all the way to the JETTY where we took a "ferry" to PULAU UBIN. the jetty smelt of engine lahh. stinko. eww. but the ride was relaxing cause being out at sea is super shiok. hahaha. when we reach we continued to walk. we walked and picked plants for our badgework. we walked all the way to the beach and had OUTDOOR COOKING. we were all given stuff like }8packets of noodles. 5eggs. soo many sausages and some crabsticks. we were told to finish EVERYTHING. our mass tins were limited and so are our stove. but we managed to finish cooking and ate everything up. we finish using all the MATCH STICKS and never even light a single "wax" thing. so we had to "borrow the flame" from other groups. after that was washing and all our bits and pieces of the noodles got stuck in the drain at the toilet. so, got scolding lah. but we learnt to be more disciplined. then we hiked ALL THE WAY BACK to the point where we started. we stepped on everything we donno on the way back. =.= then we all had a bicycle and went dirt biking! we cycled through the forest and in between trees, past cliffs and down steep routes. SO FUN MAN. but it was drizzling and so we went back before we could go even further. later, we left PULAU UBIN and back to the chalet.

THAT NIGHT was SPECIAL NITE and we were all told to bathe and change into our pretty clothings for that night. i wore a red shirt and jeans. my jeans stank lah. cause i wore that for hiking. and then they only ask us to bring one pants. =.=
after devotion by the chaplin, we had the CHRISTMAS PARTY. we played short games and a skid from each group was also prepared and presented. in the end i think it was CONCERN who won. HAHA. CONGRATS. ;D
then that night we were allowed to sleep in our dorms. we also realised that AVRIL TANG had a high fever and we prayed for her to get well so she could kayak tomorrow. :)
